s	sowon jang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한국요리점이라는데 전혀 한국음식스럽지도 않았습니다. 육개장과 볶음밥, 갈비탕? 사골국?? 아무튼.. 총체적난국의 맛이라서 충격 먹었습니다. 육개장과 다른국물요리에 냉면 면이 들어있었습니다. 개선 하시려거든 국수면 혹은 당면을 쓰세요. 외국인이 한국요리를 안 먹어보고 상상해서 만들면 이럴 것 같습니다. 일본인 손님이 많이 보였지만, 나는 먹을 수 없었습니다. 한국인이 한국요리가 먹고싶다면 이곳은 아닙니다. j	jerom dirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麺類メインの韓国料理店。おつまみ系のメニューも豊富で居酒屋としてもよいかと思います。料理については味に多少の癖があり好みが分かれるところかと思いますが、自分的には好きな感じです。麺類は麺のタイプが韓太麺、韓細麺、中華麺と3タイプから選べます。スープの味がこってりしたものには韓太麺、逆にあっさりした味のものには韓細麺が合うかと思います。個人的にはコムタン麺、骨付きカルビ麺がスープに骨の出汁の旨味が出ていて美味しくオススメ。身体に良くないと思いつつもついついスープまで完飲してしまいます。また、本日のオススメがホワイトボードに掲示されてあり、その中の炙りレバーなるものに興味を惹かれ試しに注文してみました。どんなものだったか結論から言うと、要は表面薄皮一枚分だけ申し訳程度に炙った牛レバーが出てきました。生のレバー刺しは出せないけれども、少しでも炙ってあればセーフという理論のようです。ちなみにめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。ちなみにこちらのお店は店主とアルバイト店員2名ほどでやっているようですが、店主がなかなかおしゃべり好きなようで常に店員達と話しながら仕事をしています。しかしながら、話の内容が冗談や軽口のような明るく楽しい内容なので客が不快になるような事はなく、むしろ店内の雰囲気を明るくするのに一役買っているかなと思いました。この辺に寄る機会があればぜひ一度食べてみる価値があるかと思います。 A Korean restaurant that mainly serves noodles. Personally, I recommend Gomguk noodles and rib noodles with bones because the soup has the umami of bone soup stock. Even though I think it's not good for my health, I just end up drinking the soup. Also, today's recommendation was posted on the whiteboard, and I was fascinated by the roasted liver in it, so I ordered it as a trial. In conclusion, what it was like was a beef liver that was roasted to the extent that it was just one thin skin on the surface. By the way, it seems that this shop is run by a shop owner and two part-time clerk, but the shop owner seems to like to talk and always talks with the clerk.
