満足度1位と謳っているが、誰に対して何の満足度調査をしたのか知りたい。 後方からの貰い事故なのに、凡例がこうだからと、6:4〜7:3で話をつけようとする。被害者側なのに相手側に何も言えないような保険会社。特段保険料も安くないし、事故対応も弱いし、最低。

福井県の対応の酷さ、被害者に対して頭ごなしのものの言い方、初めから契約者と、被害者との示談をスムーズに進める意思がない、頼んだ事はやらない、すぐに弁護士を契約者に進める、被害者の言っている内容と、全く違う事を契約者に伝え悪意さえ、感じる。過大広告はやめるべき。保険のプロと、言うより被害者をおこらせていかに保険で支払われる金額を値切るかの一点のようにしか思えない。安かろう対応悪かろうの個人的に最低な対応の会社だと思った。事故発生から裁判を考えている保険会社でした…福井県は。修理を依頼したのにも関わらず12/15付けで、安くしてやろうと全損に変えてレンタカー代返せと書類で送りつける、こちらはアクサとは話はしない、契約者にレンタカーの手配をするように担当の久保と言う人に伝え回答を求めたのにも関わらず知らん顔していた。口コミで酷い対応とあったがまさしくその通りだった。久保とその上司は全損にするといきまいた。弁護士と福井県は事故現場をアクサの契約者の…事故の相手の住所で、お送りつけてきた。お客様相談実に2回話をしたが、話を聞くしか出来ないとの事。こちらの過失はゼロで、追突された側なのに裁判でも、かまわないといきまいた。福井県の対応は保険会社としてり得ない悪どさ。弁護士も依頼人の住所を事故現場にする単純ミス…返信用の封筒同封とあったが入っていなかった。依頼人はこの事実を知らないようで…単純ミスのこのアクサからの弁護士に任せて心配ないのだろうか…志村と言う久保の上司はアクサと話をしないなら、医療費から全て加害者のアクサの契約者は支払わないから自分で払えと言う内容の事を言ってきた。本社はこの事実をどう思っているのか…こんな対応しか、外資系の保険会社は出来ないなら、改善すべき。福井県の対応は業会いちのわるさ。ある意味893より酷い。お客様相談室の室長のお客様、事故の被害者なのに怪我担当部署のわたなべと結託して会社の方針で事故そのものより、アクサダイレクトと被害者で裁判と感情的にいいしかも役員会で承諾されていると言い切った?被害者に怪我の具合も最初の一度のみ、かかりつけの病院には惜しげもなくよく来ていた。治療費用打ち切りを促していた。冷静に話が出来ない相手を怒らせるそれが会社の方針か?ここは日本、適当なお粗末。保険会社が偉い訳ではない。こういう被害者に対して冷静適切な対応が出来ないのは安かろう悪かろうである。限りなくブラックではないだろうか。相手方がアクサダイレクのときは要注意。主治医が継続と言っているのに4月いっぱいまででちゆにし来月以降は自己負担すら医療費4月いっぱいまでの分をしはらうがさもなければ4月分はしはらわないという汚い手口で取引しようとする゜こちらは被害者。社会社貢献活動が聞いてあきれる最低な対応。車は全損扱いにされるのはど素人でも判るのに治せると言いきり結果は全損扱いになり、レントゲン一枚でこの程度の怪我扱い。法定速度50キロブレーキなしで脇見運転、右ハンドルきり、衝突され、骨折もし、車は縮み右側、トランクの三カ所ドアはあきません。被害者に対してお加減は?もなくせっせと病院にはあしげもなくかよい最初の担当医と医療費の打ち切り話。裁判とわめきちらすお客様相談室怪我担当部署。相手のはなしはまともに聞かない。なにが研修内容充実なのか。いつ症状固定になるかなんて医師が決める事。ブラック企業と言われても仕方ない
