担当のスタッフは最初は丁寧な対応でしたが、お金を払ってからはだんだんと雑な対応になりました。メッセージの文章も妙に喧嘩腰で、非常に不愉快です。返金されるはずのお金もうやむやにされて返ってきません。
プランはそれなりに良かったですが、いやな思いをしたくなければ他の旅行会社を利用するのが良いと思います。
I used it for a group trip of a circle. Not very recommended.
The staff in charge was polite at first, but after paying for it, it gradually became more sloppy. The text of the message is also strangely quarreling and very unpleasant. Money that should be refunded is no longer returned.
The plan was good as it was, but if you don't want to feel uncomfortable, I think it's better to use another travel agency.
