★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土曜日の午前中にオイル交換目的で行ったのですが、カウンターでタイヤ交換の相談をしているお客様がおられ、そのお客さまに対して腕組みをして対応している男性店員がいました。
その対応を横目で見ながら、当日の予約時間を別の店員さんに聞きましたところ、やはり上から目線での態度でしたので、『夕方からは時間が取れないので…』と、ヤンワリお断りして違うカーショップへ行きました。
お客様に対しての腕組み対応は、見ていてとても気分が悪くなりました！
I went there on Saturday morning for the purpose of oil change, but there was a customer who was consulting for tire change at the counter, and there was a male clerk who was dealing with that customer with his arms folded.
While looking sideways at the response, I asked another clerk about the reservation time of the day, and he was still looking from the top, so he refused Yanwari, saying, "I can't get time from the evening ...". I went to a different car shop.
I felt very sick when I saw the support for customers with their arms folded!

こちらでタイヤ購入し交換してもらいました。
言葉遣いは丁寧ですが売り方が強引で時間を掛けてきます。一番安いやつは意地でも買わせないという気概がプンプンします。
どうせ車のことなど何もわからないと下に見られ説明もかなりテキトウです。突っ込んでも言い返してくるのがたちが悪い。
それでもなんとか安いやつを指定すると、窒素ガスを無理やり指定し（うちはこれしか入れられないなどと言い）、他のオプションも強引に入れさせようとする。
それらが無料なら喜んでしてもらうんですがね。
施工は問題ありませんでしたが、やはりタイヤ交換はネットで買ったほうが良いです。
Really unpleasant,
I bought a tire here and had it replaced.
The wording is polite, but the selling method is forcible and takes time. The spirit of not letting you buy the cheapest one is pungent.
Anyway, if you don't know anything about the car, you can see it below and the explanation is quite good. It's awkward to say back even if you thrust it.
Even so, if you manage to specify a cheap one, you will be forced to specify nitrogen gas (we say that only this can be added) and try to force other options.
I would be happy if they were free.
There was no problem with the construction, but after all it is better to buy tire replacement online.
