新しいタイヤをホイールにはめてもらうときに、新人の指導材料にされホイールはギザギザ、バルブは穴を空けられ「空気が漏れてるので交換してください」って、、、いやいや今まで履いてたホイールだって！
指導も最後まで見ずに、適当に教えて、素人が適当にはめたタイヤに工賃を払わされた

詳しい人に変わってもらって
ユアサや色んなバッテリーの見積り&交換工賃の案内を受けましたが
こんな店員のいるところでは
不信感が募るので多分買わないでしょう
自分に分からないことは
プライドが許さないかもしれないですが
謙虚になって
きちんとわかる人に引き継いでほしいものです
感情的にならずに
他のスタッフの方々はきちんとしているのに
たった一人の無能のせいで
全て台無しになるのですね
逆に勉強になりました

『ブレーキディスクにサビがある』とか
『もぅ山が少ないのでそろそろ……』とか
他のオートバックスの店舗より、いろいろ勧めてくる。
その分、時間もかかるから仕上がりが遅い。
お店として売上に頑張ってるのは分かるが、
待合場所からピットまで何回も呼び出される。
足が悪い私にはちょっと苦痛?
もぅ利用したくない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ さすがに 品揃え豊富 決算セールされていて たくさんの人でしたね‼久しぶりに伺いましたが 前回よりも 店員さんの対応がスムーズ スタッフさんの人数増員されたのでしょうか？ スタッフさん良い笑顔で対応して頂き有り難うございました‼ 次回は カーコンポが故障したので 購入しようと思っています‼ 個人的には 豊岡店よりも好きですね〰️
