オイル交換なしで出て行きました。
それから行かなくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 余り車検に関してはオートバックスで・・とは考えていませんでしたが、今回は周囲の勧めも有り初めてオートバックスで車検をお願いしました。結果から申しますと大変満足しています。フロントの対応・ピット整備検査員からの説明・車検費用・点検項目等々に安心しました。また前以て車検予約した時に簡易な点検をしてくれ、大体の価格が出ます(要部品交換は別途費用)ので更に安心感が有りました。今後は定期点検やオイル交換もお願いしようと思っています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の口コミにもでてくる特定の人やけどオイル交換時間遅すぎる！座席の間のテイッシュの箱よけて準備してから出せとかそんな1分もかからない事まで準備してからださないといけないのですか？予約して行ってるのに受付では３０分くらいと聞いてるのに初回1時間2回目3回目も４５分くらいかかってる。３回とも同じ人。オイル交換時期のシールも剥がしもしないから言うと自分ではがしてはれと。ガソリンスタンドの方が親切。以前タイヤ購入の時に親切に対応してもらい利用するようになりタイヤ交換の時などはスムーズな親切な対応だけど、1人の人が。。あたらないと良いのだが。。ホントに気分が悪いです
