先日購入までの間タイヤがパンクしてしまい繋ぎとして古いタイヤへの交換を緊急でお願いしました。ですが予約いっぱいだから12月にしてくれと、いや緊急なんだし時間かかってもいいのでといっても話が噛み合ってくれず近くのガソスタまでなんとか走らせました。
この時期忙しいだろうしと割りきってましたがその後タイヤ購入と履き替えの予約へ出向いたところ「今日でも大丈夫ですよ♪」と言われビックリしました。そのときの混雑次第かもしれませんが物買わないと客としての対応は皆無、金にならない相談はよそへいけのスタンスなのかな、、用品店に求めるサービスなんて別に上質であれとはいわないが聞く話すはしっかりやってほしい、これなら多少高くてもイエローハットいきます親切だし、客はみんな車素人だとでも思ってんのかね？パンクしても緊急の対応が出来ない店でした。その間バーストしたらとヒヤヒヤでしたまじ最悪

I want you to listen and speak well, even if it's a little expensive, I'll go with the yellow hat. It's kind, and do you think that all the customers are car amateurs? It was a store that could not respond urgently even if it punctured. I was terrified if I burst during that time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日冬タイヤを購入のために来店しました。ついでにタイヤの履き替えもしてもらいましたが、あれよあれよと不要なサビクリーニングをさせられ、余計な出費となってしまいました。もう二度と行きません。車に詳しくない方のみで来店される場合はご注意ください。

場内駐車場も狭く、岩沼店に行った方が便利は良さそう。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイパーを買いに行ったが、自分の車に合うワイパーが分からずレジのおばさんに聞いたら番号札を取れと言われた。10分以上待ってもずっと放置。その間レジのおばさん達はずっと暇そうに私語。
車用品を扱ってるお店のレジをしていてワイパーの知識も無いんですか？調べる気もないんですか？岩沼店のレジの女性はすぐ調べて教えてくれます。番号札を取れなんて言われたこと1度もありません。知識のない人をレジに置かないでください！二度と行きません。
