以前は、他店舗でタイヤを購入したり…とかなり使っていました。時々オイル交換もしていました。オートバックスのクレジットカードも実は持っています。
松本店での以前の出来事ですが、オイル交換直後にエンジンルームより微量のオイル漏れが確認されました。
次の日に車を持ち込み、持ち上げてかなり時間を掛けて調べてもらいました。
間違いなくオイルが漏れていることは確認できましたが、残念ながら何がどこから漏れ出ているのかは分かりませんでした。
所有車が旧車だったので、友人に凄腕整備士の揃った民間整備工場を教えてもらい車を持って行きました。
持ち込んでほんの数分後、工場の社長が一瞬匂いを嗅いで「燃料漏れですネ…」と一言。
オートバックスの整備士さんには酷なことをしたと今でも思っています。
もちろん、何の問題もなくその旧車に今でも乗っています。

As it happened before at the Matsumoto store, a small amount of oil leak was confirmed from the engine room immediately after oil change.
The next day I brought in the car, lifted it and spent a considerable amount of time checking it.
I could definitely confirm that the oil was leaking, but unfortunately I did not know what was leaking from where.
As my car was an old car, I took a car with a friend who told me a private maintenance factory with all the mechanics.
Just a few minutes after bringing it in, the factory president sniffed for a moment, saying "fuel leaks ...".
I still think that I did a terrible thing for the AUTOBACS mechanic.
Of course, I'm still riding that old car without any problems.

記入してるのに通りかかる全ての店員が受け付け表を無視して他の客接客してるし。
整理券表はタイヤ窓口にあるのにタイヤ担当すら無視してる
３人分無駄に待たされる
声かけた方が早かった。
気分が良かったのはレジのスタッフだけだった。
後は全て不快
ちなみにスタットレスタイヤはイエローハットのがいつ見積もりをとっても安い

Even though the numbered ticket table is at the tire window, I'm ignoring even the person in charge of the tire
Waiting for 3 people in vain
It was faster to call out.
Only the cashier staff felt good.
All the rest is unpleasant
By the way, studless tires are always cheaper than yellow hats.
