★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カーナビの購入を検討してたので12/1 15時頃お邪魔した。対応して欲しかったが、とても面倒くさそうに、、まあ対応が悪く不快に感じすぐ出ることにした。八街にいる男性スタッフって本当にどこも対応、イメージが前から私には悪かったので、やっぱりな、思ってしまった。人の質が本当に不親切で低い。メガネの小太りの若そうな男と中高年の男。
皆対応悪いってどういうこと？笑
接客業で高額なお金を取る姿勢じゃない。何様？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤのネジ締めを見に行きました。サイズがあわなくても返品は、できないそうで不安でしたが購入。できたので良かったです。違う対応をして欲しかったので残念でした。

店員の対応の悪さ、外人スタッフへのフォロー、人を見て対応変える、接客業なのに大した対応もしない、無駄なものも買わされる、物が分からないから聞いてるのに適当にあしらって終わり…挙句の果てにガソリン添加剤をエンジンオイルに入れるからね、それを他の人のせいにする人ばっかりだから
整備するならちゃんと対応してくれるお店にした方が安全
いずれここは終わりだね、このままずっと同じこと繰り返すから

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12月にスタッドレスタイヤとホイールを予約＆購入しました。
そのタイヤをつけたまま、2月に別の場所で車を車検に出したら、車検場の整備士さんに『そのタイヤだと車検の基準に達していないので、車検を通すことが出来ません』と言われてしまいました。結局、元のノーマルタイヤに戻して車検を通すことに。まだ寒くて路面凍結の心配もあるのに、スタッドレスタイヤは現在、家の前の置き物になってしまってます。
5万円近い高い買い物をしたのに、車検に通らないようなタイヤを売るなんて…ちゃんと、品質を調べて売っているのか、疑問に思います。
