★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 302号から北上19号に入らないとお店に入りにくいです。
オイル交換して貰いました。平日夕方だったからか、待ち時間なくてスムーズでした。
また利用したいです。

ユピテルのナビ2台購入したのですが
1台は何も問題なく作動しましたが2個目がGPS入り悪く交換してもらいましたが
今度は電源が壊れました?
店舗に問い合わせ等して再度交換して頂き、やっと2台とも問題なく使えてます?
ちゃんと話せば親身に対応してくれたので
良かったです。
最近どんどん道が新しくなるので毎年ポータブルナビを買い替える予定でいます。

I bought two Yupiteru navigation systems.
One of them worked without any problems, but the second one had GPS and was replaced badly.
This time the power supply broke ?
Please contact the store and exchange it again, and finally both of them can be used without problems ?

外観古く、駐車場も正直分かりにくい……といつ難点はありますが、反して店内は明るく外との差に良い意味で驚きました。
店員さんも多い印象。レジ前に番号発券機があり、取ればお店側から順番に呼び出して対応してくれるので、声をかけるのが苦手な自分にはとても助かりました。
個人的にはとても真摯に対応してもらえ、お願いしたら電話で取り付け完了の電話をもらえたのでお店で待たなくても良くて助かりました。
次困ったときは使いたいなぁ……と思うお店でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品問い合わせをした際のこと。購入希望で電話した際に男性の方(役職者?)が、『その情報だけだとわからないんで、サイズ教えてもらえますか?』と聞き返された。こちらは、車種まで伝えてるのですが、何か情報おして不足ありますかね。
仮に、カスタムしていてサイズが変わっている場合もあるかもしれないが、そちらで調べる素振りも見せないのは、商売というものを全く知らないと言わざるを得ない。
『またお電話ください』とは何だろう。
二度と買わないし行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ピット作業してもらったが、予定時間を1時間半遅れての連絡。ずっと店内にいて呼び出しの聞き逃しする訳ないのに、呼び出したんですが。。。と、嘘の報告をしてて本当に最悪。たいしたお詫びもなく本当に不快!二度といきません。
I was asked to work in the pit, but I was contacted one and a half hours behind the scheduled time. I called it even though I couldn't miss the call because I was in the store all the time. .. .. It's really the worst to report a lie. Really unpleasant without much apology! I won't go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very mixed feeling about this place!!! once I went there alone to change my car's front light bulbs. The front desk assistant was very helpful and took her time to help me to choose and assist me through the process until they changed my car bulbs. Because of this excellent customer service I returned next day with my wife to change the engine oil in the same car. Because my Japanese is not good enough my wife explain them everything. Only question they asked was about the turbo in the car. Because my wife didn't know the answer she asked me. After this, the front desk lady carried on talking with my wife with an attitude, what my wife called inpatient rude and arrogant.
