★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地方のはずれにある上溝地区ではちょっと大きめのオートバックス。
店内にはカー用品がたくさん陳列されていて、男性ならついつい買ってしまいそうな衝動に襲われてしまいます。タイヤも豊富でメカニックさんが迅速対応してくれます。
待合スペースも設けられていて、店内を見て回ったりする時間を含めると、全く待たされた感がなくタイヤ交換やその他のメンテナンス、カーナビの設置などができます。
駐車場が広くて助かるのですが、店舗に入る車両入り口が一つしかなく、出口も一方通行なので、ちょっとお店に入りにくい気がします。

There is also a waiting area, and if you include time to look around the store, you will not have to wait at all and you can change tires, perform other maintenance, and install car navigation systems.
The parking lot is large and helps, but there is only one vehicle entrance to the store and the exit is one-way, so I feel a little difficult to enter the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検を半年後に控え、早めに予約をしときたかったので、車検の見積もりに来店。
イエローハットさんでは、予約して丁寧に見てもらったが、ここのオートバックスでは、『車検1か月前からじゃないと、うちはやってないから、うちはそういう決まりでやってるから』と投げやりな対応をされた。名前を見るの忘れたけど、中年の男性店員だった。最初から喧嘩口調な対応だったので、自分にも口調の問題とかあったのかな？と思い返したが思い当たらず、、
これまで、近所だったのでちょくちょくお世話になっていたが、本日の件で二度と行きたくなくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 不慣れなレジ担当のフォローせず、待ち時間が長過ぎ、予約時間を過ぎた。散々待たせたあげく、会計は後でいいのでピットへ車を移動して。という対応。
作業は、スピーディーに行ってもらえ、説明もきちんとしてくれました。
作業後の会計では、先程は…、という事も言わず事務的に処理して終わり。
何かなという感じでした。
