O	Ogawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 知識が乏しい。作業の一つ一つが遅い。何より接客態度が最悪で気分が悪い。輸入車のインチアップについて電話で問い合わせた所、受付の女性が出て、「確認するので少々お待ち下さい」と言われ4分待った後に、「直接来てもらわないと分からないですねぇ〜、はい。」と言われた。人の時間を何だと思っているんですか？？直接行ったところで希望のホイールメーカー、種類を伝えても知識が乏しいので全く話にならなかった。カタログやパソコンで探していたが全ての動作が遅く長時間待たされた挙句、「ホイールメーカー休みなんで適合するか分かんないですねぇ〜。」他の店でも検討していましたが、こんなに程度の低い店は初めてです。挙げ句の果てには輸入車と国産車ではホイールナットが違うので〜とか説明し出したが、輸入車ディーラーがそんな事知らない訳無いだろ。乏しい知識で語ろうとするな。ただただ気分が悪くなる店。時間返せ元トヨタ社員の知人が車検を頼んだ際、遅くて雑だったので途中から自分で作業したと言う話を聞きましたが、その気持ちが分かる気がしました Poor knowledge.
