 I'm not busy with no customers in the store, but I'm not familiar with cars because I'm a woman, so can you explain it in an easy-to-understand manner? Even so, if you don't understand with a stupid attitude, go to the dealer and don't give an estimate just because I won't do it. Anyway, my attitude was bad.
