★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月ヤフオクで購入したﾋﾞｸｽｸの自賠責加入に自宅から歩いて3分のこちらへ。その際タイヤの持ち込み交換は可能ですか？と伺ったところ、5,000円程で可能との事、なので昨日早速タイヤ持ち込みで交換に。今日は忙しいから夕方まで時間くれとの事で了承して預けて帰り、夕方電話確認の後引き取りに。最後のボルトどめを目の前で作業して作業完了。さてお支払い。5,000円と言われてたので、ではこれで。と一万円渡すと幾ら貰おうかの～と言いながらレジへ？？？？5,000円じゃないの？結果は9,000円の消費税。エエエ⁉２輪車のタイヤ交換工賃が１本4,500円！？そんなねだ聞いたことないよ(笑)5,000円て言ってたやんと苦情を言うと。そんなん１本やがな。って…計算合わないしアホなんですかね？

また、自分で気がつきにくいところまで点検していただけました。
原付のオイル交換会は工賃込みで2200円です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんは話やすく相談しやすい。動かなくなったバイクも2000円で取りに来てくれる。他店では1万円も取るところが近くにありました。修理速度は分かりませんが、全くもって問題ありませんでした。

結果としては、直らず作業途中で引き上げました。
事前の見積もりでは部品と工賃を含めて1万円前後になると実車を持ち込んで摺合せを致しました。
店側からの連絡等はなく、1ヶ月後には倍の金額になりまして進捗も悪い事から作業途中で引き上げました。
永い間お店がある事から経験豊富かと思いましたが、残念ながらそうではないようです。
