オイル交換で何度か来てるけど毎度のことながら全体的に店員の元気、活気がない笑
さらに今回は目当てのオイル欠品してたので某黄色い帽子店に行きました。とても良い接客でした。
気にしない人なら星3なのかな。私は他店と比べてしまったので星2ですね。
Visited on Wednesday evening.
I've been there several times to change the oil, but the clerk isn't very energetic and lively as a whole.
In addition, I went to a certain yellow hat store because I was out of oil this time. It was a very good customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 夜中ヘッドライト球切れをお越し昼間交換の問い合わせをした所、丁寧に対応してくださりまして良かったです。
ただ、平日と時間もあったのかお客様がほぼ０に近かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ よく行きますが、時々店員さんの態度に疑問を感じます。
昨年の秋に油圧ジャッキを買って冬用タイヤに交換、翌年再度ジャッキを使用したところジャッキオイルがお漏らし状態。お店に、レシート持って買って半年も経たないうちにオイル漏れしたと伝えたら、「油圧ジャッキはよくあるんです、オイル漏れは」って。それだけ。愛想がない人でした。
なんか、売ったら、はいおしまい、後は自分でなんとかしてね、みたいに感じてとても不愉快でした。

I bought a hydraulic jack last fall and replaced it with a winter tire, and when I used the jack again the following year, the jack oil leaked. When I told the store that I had an oil leak within half a year after I bought it with my receipt, I said, "Hydraulic jacks are common, oil leaks." that's all. He was an unfriendly person.
Somehow, when I sold it, it was over, and I felt like I should do something about it myself, which was very unpleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こういった量販店に技術力は求めてないので車は任せないのですが、あくまで接客だけを評価するといい店だと思います。
昔から変わらない店員もいて安心して買い物できます。
あとは毛呂山店に限ったことではないのですがオートアールズは他量販店に比べ購買意欲をそそらないディスプレイ、店内雰囲気で田舎のカー用品店だなというイメージがあるので、そういったところが改善されていくととても良いなと思います。
I don't ask these mass retailers for technical capabilities, so I can't leave the car to them, but I think it's a good store to evaluate only the customer service.
There is also a clerk who hasn't changed since long ago, so you can shop with confidence.
The rest is not limited to the Moroyama store, but Auto R's has an image that it is a rural car supplies store with a display that is less motivating to purchase than other mass retailers, and the atmosphere inside the store, so such places will be improved. I think it's very good.
