オープン当初はスタッフの皆さんに活気があり、申し分のないディーラーでした。
現在は…場所柄、休日ともなれば店舗内が賑やかで全然落ち着きません(笑)
５つ星にしていましたが、１つ減らして４つ星にしました。
担当のセールスが辞め、サービスが異動になったのを機にアウディ調布に私も移動しました。
フロア面積が広いので全車種が展示されているのは、みなとみらい店の最大の強みだと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数日前まで文句のつけようの無い素晴らしいディラーでしたが、最近消費税増税の折忙しくなってきたのか多少対応に不満が出たのでひとつだけ星を減らしましたが、こんなにいて気持ちの良いディーラーは生まれて初めてです。
ここで車を買う事ができて嬉しかった。
また通常運転に戻る事を期待しています。

併設されているアウディカフェからショールームが見えるのでアウディ好きには食事をしながらクルマも見れる。
チキンプレートは量も多く味も美味しいのでオススメです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 横浜みなとみらい地区にあるAudiディーラー。駅から近いわけではないが、店舗の周りには多くの商業施設や観光地があるため意外に便利な立地。
買い物や観光のついでに寄り易い事はもちろんだが、整備に預けている間に周辺で過ごせる場所が多いのも有り難い。
店舗自体は規模が大きく、かなりのラインナップを見る事が出来る。
この店舗はアウディジャパン(メーカーの現地法人)の子会社が運営しているようで、立地も施設も素晴らしい。が、海が近いのでカッコいい店舗外観も汚れやすくて大変だと思う。
スタッフの方々も物腰柔らかく、高級車を販売するに相応しい雰囲気。で、ありながら、店舗の広さと天井の高さにより、敷居の高さを感じさせないのは流石。
整備で訪問した際にアイスコーヒーを頂きましたが、カップは汗だくになるので、ガラスのテーブルは水たまりが出来る。ペーパーで良いのでコースターがあれば良いですね。
プラカップに高級感が無い、という突っ込みがあるかもしれないが、飲みきれなかった時に持ち帰れるのは嬉しい(もしくはコロナ対策でプラカップにしているだけかもしれませんが)。そのプラカップも持ち帰り用にフタがあったらなお良かった。
と、細かい部分に改善の余地もあるので、今後の期待を込めて星1個減。

The store itself is large and you can see a considerable lineup.
This store seems to be operated by a subsidiary of Audi Japan (a local subsidiary of the manufacturer), and its location and facilities are excellent. However, because the sea is near, the cool appearance of the store is easy to get dirty and I think it is difficult.
The staff are also soft and have an atmosphere suitable for selling luxury cars. However, due to the size of the store and the height of the ceiling, it is a stone's throw that does not make you feel the height of the threshold.
I had iced coffee when I visited for maintenance, but the cup gets sweaty, so the glass table has a puddle. Paper is fine, so it would be nice to have a coaster.
There may be a rush that the plastic cup is not luxurious, but it is nice to take it home when you can not drink it (or maybe you just made it as a corona measure). It would have been better if the plastic cup had a lid for take-out.
There is room for improvement in the details, so I reduced the number of stars by one with expectations for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アウディではない外車で行ったが、感じ良く出迎えてくれて、出やすい正面に置かせてくれた。
とても広々した所にセンス良く車が配置されており、ステキなショールームだと思う。
ツレと色々話しながら見て歩いている間はスタッフが無駄に付きまとったりしなくて、興味を示した車種があるとスっと寄って来てくれた。
ずっとスタッフにくっついていて欲しい人には物足りないかもしれないが、私にはちょうど良かった。
レストランがあり、テラス席もなかなか居心地良く、美味しかった。
