T	Takahiro Kato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理受付予約で行きましたが、店内が混んでないのに受付始まるまで、なんの説明も無く一時間待ち！その後案内されましたが、故障箇所を聞かれることなく更に３０分待ち最初に長くなる旨を伝えてくれても良いのでは？と思い担当の方に指摘したところ、ムッとした顔でボールペンを投げる始末。接客業として考えにくい行動だと思います。ここで働いてる方は【au】という看板を背負ってる事を自覚して欲しいと思います。 I made a reservation for repair reception, but I waited for an hour without any explanation until the reception started even though the store was not crowded! 加	加茂川大作 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ガラケーが使えなくなるため、高齢の家族がスマホに変える契約をしてきましたが、理解できない契約をいろいろぶっ込まれてきました。基本料金2000円であるのに、なぜか5000円の請求が来ています。追記：契約変更の１ヶ月後、一般の携帯番号が差出人で「ＡＵ支払い確認、ここに電話をおかけください」なる怪しいＳＭＳが届きました。ここの人は電話番号を外部に漏らしている可能性を感じます。 An elderly family has made a contract to change to a smartphone because the feature phone can no longer be used, but various contracts that I do not understand have been thrown in.
