そしてもう一度、イチから要件を説明した。
そんなことある！？
かけ直してきてくださいと言われたから折り返ししたのにその人に代われないって無茶苦茶すぎる

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自動音声応答とオペレーター受付とあって、オペレーター受付に電話掛けてるのに4分以上自動応答ってどういうこと。そこからまた電話が混み合っておりますって待たされて、その間のの電話料金も全部こっち持ちっておかしいと思います。

上から目線で 何様なんですか？
そもそも説明が下手すぎる
お客に説明をきちんと出来るように 接客態度や コミュニケーションの取り方等 勉強した方が良いですよ？
auは好きだけど こんな会社と提携してると auの評価まで下がる
