来客用駐車場はありません。なので、近くの駐車場に停める必要があります。来客用駐輪場はあります(平面)。住民の駐輪場はラックになっています。近くの住人がここを通り抜けに利用しているようです。
集合ポストの口は薄く、2.5センチ程の物しか入りません。Amazonやメルカリ等のポスト便が入らない事があるかもと思いました。
ロビーはとてもきれいに掃除されています。住民同士のあいさつも盛んな感じです。
