り	りんご on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、予約をしていたのにも関わらず20分程待たされました。カットはとても雑でおかげさまで前髪がまっすぐです。後ろは刈り上げでお願いしたのですが鏡で見さしてくれることもなく終わってから触ってみると刈り上げられていませんでした。上と横の髪の毛のボリューム感が合っていませんでしたが、ワックスをつければ大丈夫という理由でそのままにされました。そしてシャンプーはカット前に行われ、カット後には何もなく耳には髪の毛が残ってるし髪を触ると切った髪がたくさん落ちて服につくし、その後にそのまま出かけたのですが最悪でした。イライラが募りに募って最後には50円のお釣りが15円しか返ってこなくて訳がわからないです。もう二度と行きたくありません。 First of all, I was waiting for about 20 minutes despite having made a reservation. ゴ	ゴンニャラス on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも予約をして行くのですが、ちゃんと時間通りに入れます。たくさんいらっしゃるスタッフの方どなたも手際がすごく良く、他の美容師さんのアシストにサッと入られたりして施術中も待つ事がありません。今まで行った美容院は、初めのシャンプー後髪が乾いてしまうまで待たされたり、トリートメントやら化粧水などの勧誘があったり、カラーの用意をする所でぺちゃくちゃ喋ってたり、電話が鳴りっぱなしだったりと目に付くとこが必ずあったのですが、こちらのATENAさんは全くそんな事がありません。カット後、必ず鏡で後頭部を確認・さらに手で触って確認をさせてくれます。あたしは普段メガネをかけているので「うーん…見えへん」ってボソッと言ったら預けていたメガネを持ってきてくれます。あと、プロだなーと思うのが誰かれ構わずおしゃべりする事が無いです。中学生の男の子の施術中は本人の意向を確認した後ほっといてくれます。これくらいの男の子は特有の恥ずかしさがありますので深く話さない方がいい時がありますよね。ちゃんと察してくれます^ ^ あたしも疲れて眠たい時や調べ物をしたい時は察してくれてほっといてくれます。でも、こちらの意向は的確に理解し施術を進めてくれます。これからも続けて通います！ I always make reservations, but I'll make sure I get on time.
