買って翌日ノートパソコンの電源が入らなくなり修理。修理完了したと戻ってきたのに、同じ症状。どういう事??電話代と時間がかさむばかり。

サポートがとにかく酷い。 ACアダプター買って1回目の使用で壊れて、初期不良扱いとならず、修理費請求された。管理体制杜撰、二度と買わない。

ゲーミングノートパソコンの光学ドライブが2年で2度故障、2度目は原因不明の一点張りでした。当該部品の製造時期、製造元、製造ロットも把握しておらず、ベンダーとしての保守運用が、確立していません。星0としたいですが、修理費用を光学ドライブ交換費のみとしていただいたので、おまけで星2です。

ASUSの公式サイトからプロモーション価格と表示の激安PCを見つけてカードで一括購入。4日後にASUSカスタマーから電話来て、システム上の問題で表示の錯誤があった、オーダーを取り消しし返金手続きをしましたとこちらの事情を一切聞かず、一方的にキャンセルされました。領収書も発行済みでオーダー承りましたのメールも送られてきていた。どうしても納得いかなかったので上司と話したいと言ったところ、代わることはできません、そして発送前なので法律上にも問題はないと告げられました。名の知れた企業なので、その対応には心底がっかりです。
