★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段の割に本格的なコース料理を味わえましたが、甘鯛の鱗が取られてなかったのにはがっかりでした。ジビエ(鹿)のキーマカレーパスタは、やはりパスタにソースが絡みにくいのでクドく感じてしまいました?やっぱりキーマカレーはご飯が無難かな。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 百年草にあるフレンチレストラン。何年かぶりにお邪魔しましたが、相変わらず美味しかったです。いつも季節の素材を活かした料理をとても値打ちに提供してくれます。
A French restaurant in Centennial. I've been there for the first time in years, but it was still delicious. They always provide food with seasonal ingredients at a very reasonable price.

フォアグラのコンフィは、もう少し加熱してあったほうが良かったです。(中心部が半生でした)コンフィより、少し焼き目のついたソテーのが良かったかな。
メインの段戸牛の八丁味噌ソースは、八丁味噌が強すぎて、牛肉の味が負けてしまっています。
お子様コースの牛ロースステーキのほうが、正直えいしいと感じました。
Order dinner menu C course and children B course. We were happy to serve desserts with anniversary specifications.
The foie gras confit should have been heated a little more. (The center was half-life) I think it was better to have a slightly grilled saute than the confit.
The main dish of Dando beef, Hatcho Miso sauce, is too strong in Hatcho Miso, and the taste of beef is lost.
To be honest, I felt that the beef loin steak for the children's course was more delicious.
