系列店であると公式ページにあったこの店に電話で問い合わせをしたら、開口一番「ここで買ったバイクですか？」との返答で断られました。
SUZUKIからは系列店であればリコールの受付をしますとあったにも関わらずこの対応。
こちらから願い下げです。
事情があって購入店に行けない方だっていると思います。そういった方への配慮を一切感じない粗末な対応だと思います。
だから評価も軒並み低く、お客がいないのも納得です。
それならもう身内とだけバイク屋ごっこでもしてて下さい。
別の近場のバイク屋さんは引き受けて下さいましたし、2日後にはリコール修理していただけました。
そういうところだと思いますよ。

When I made a phone call to this store on the official page that it was an affiliated store, I was refused by the reply "Are you the bike you bought here?"
SUZUKI responded to this even though it was said that if it was an affiliated store, it would accept recalls.
I would like to request from here.
I think that some people cannot go to the store where they purchased the product due to circumstances. I think that it is a poor response that does not feel any consideration for such people.
Therefore, the evaluation is low across the board, and I am convinced that there are no customers.
In that case, please play a motorcycle shop only with your relatives.
Another nearby bike shop took care of it, and two days later it was recalled and repaired.
I think that's the place.
