K	KEN KEN on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検でお世話になりました。最寄りメーカー直営店に入庫しようと思ったのですが、地元で評判がいいとのことで取引先に紹介してもらいました。店内に入るとスタッフの方全員が大きな声で挨拶頂きとても印象が良かったのを覚えています。車を所有して初めての車検であることを伝えると、流れについて非常に丁寧に教えていただきました。また、転勤族なので今後新任地で車検を行う際のお店選びのポイントも教えていただきました。車検だけお願いする予定だったのですが、放置していた車体のキズ修理もお願いしてしまいました。引き取りの際、車内に折り鶴(感謝と安全祈願？)が吊るしてあったことにも心温まりました。こういう小さな心遣いからも地元の方に愛されているお店なんだなと思えます。また、保険業も兼業されているということでしたので、自身の保険の内容について社長自ら無料で相談に乗っていただきました。何から何までサービス精神に溢れており感動しました。私が転勤族でなければ車や保険のことはずっと任せて行きたい先だと思います。是非またお世話になりたいと思います。ありがとうございました。 Thank you for your help in the car inspection.
