ギ	ギッシュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼に何を食べるか探していて見付けた店です。店内はこじんまりしていて、小料理屋って感じですね。夫婦経営ですかね？良い雰囲気の店です。ランチは三種類。頼んだのは《銀だら西京焼き定食》1300円です。税込でした。西京焼きはじっくり焼いていたので、提供迄に少々時間が掛かりました。しかし、脂の乗った銀だらは良い味で、かなり御飯が進みます。筍とキンピラ大根？が付いてました。切干大根ではないかな？干してない感じです。美味しかった。温泉卵、漬け物、味噌汁も付いてます。味噌汁はワカメと豆腐。ワカメは中国産の増えるワカメかも。三陸や鳴門のワカメではないですね。歯応えが無いですから。出汁は普通。まあ、ランチですしね。漬け物は市販の物です。温泉卵も普通。正直、西京焼きとキンピラや筍が美味しかっただけに、味噌汁と漬け物が残念でした。魚を扱っているなら、中骨から出汁を取ったりしてほしいですね。漬け物も、浅漬けとかを作って出してほしいです。西京焼きとか拘って作るなら、他の物も拘ってほしいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。 I was looking for what to eat at noon and found it. Wakame may be more produced in China. It's not a seaweed from Sanriku or Naruto. I don't have a crunch. Dashi is normal. Well, it's lunch. Pickles are commercially available. Hot spring eggs are also normal. To be honest, the miso soup and pickles were disappointing because the Saikyo-yaki and the kinpira and bamboo shoots were delicious. If you're dealing with fish, I'd like you to take soup stock from the middle bones. I also want you to make lightly pickled pickles. If you stick to Saikyo Yaki, I want you to stick to other things.
