担当者が残念な方でした。事前の話をきちんと聞いておいなかったようで、確認も出来ていないまま工事になったようです。工事当日にトラブルがあり各施工業者さんに迷惑がかかった上に謝罪すらまともにできない担当者でした。各施工業者さんには申し訳ないですが、ここでのリフォームは今後はしないです。

He was in charge of trouble on the day of construction, causing trouble to each contractor and not even apologizing. We apologize to each contractor, but we will not be remodeling here.
