★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一度だけ行ったが、とても良い印象の教会。ここの神父が大阪に転勤（移動）する前だったが、神父はこの教会に居られる時の方が感じ良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芦屋川の畔に立つ尖塔は、この街の景観の欠く能わざる舞台装置。三十年以上も見ているが、存在するだけで人にも街にも平安をもたらすかに思える。正面入口の右側扉はいつも開け放たれ、通りを行き交う人々すべてを聖き沈黙とともに信仰へ誘うかのようだ。
なお阪神間の数々の教会建築としては、カトリック夙川教会と双璧を成すのではないか。すなわち内部に視界を遮る柱が一本も無く、高い円形天井のみで覆われた広闊な空間を蔵する点、そして1995年の阪神淡路大震災の災禍に耐えた事実も、両教会に建築史上の枢要な位置を占めさせる共通項といえそう。
