★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入居者は職員にかまってもらえず日中でも食堂で居眠りしてるばかり。何かしてあげようとすると他の職員に怒られる。
老健とは名ばかり。
親を預けたくない施設。
前からいる職員は新人が挨拶しても返事をしないし仕事を教えてくれない。
入居者に「ここは職員の出入りが激しい」なんて言われたらおしまいですよ
 Residents are just dozing in the cafeteria even during the day without being bitten by the staff. Other staff members get angry when I try to do something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まだ新しく清潔感と空間に余裕があり、中庭もきれいで丹沢も望めていい感じでした。感染症対策もしっかりされていました。施設の方の説明では少人数のユニット型で利用者に寄り添う介護を目指していて、毎月しっかり研修をしているそうです。早く面会者が直接触れ合えるようになることを祈ります。見かけた利用者さんは笑顔でした。
