実際、裏ではトラブルがいつ起きてもおかしくないような管理方法です。危ないです。
職場の環境としては最悪です。
利用者の方に対して申し訳なく、ここのやり方に慣れて何も違和感を感じなくなるのが怖くなり、自分自身も鬱手前まできていたので辞めました。
利用者の方は「良くしてくれてる」とオススメしてますが、僕からはオススメしません。有り得ないです、怖すぎます。
