その他、自主学習している人、会議している人、何かの講座を受けている人、音楽の練習して居る人、料理を習って居る人など、色んな人が利用しています。
外国人の移住や、その他の相談も受けて居る様です。
もと、小学校だった建物が少子化により廃校になり、生涯学習として使われて居ます。まだ、新しい方で、綺麗です。

The building used to be an elementary school is now closed due to the declining birthrate and is used for lifelong learning. Still new and beautiful.
