 We try to improve the service even if we want you to do something because the customer service is poor. However, it is not improved at all. It would be nice if the banks were more competitive and there were no banks operating like this

It's like a rural bank. Business hours are short and there are few ATMs. By the way, the quality of the cash card is too bad. The card became unusable in less than 3 months. Really the worst

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隣の市（越境）在住なのだが、最寄りの足銀がここで、ATM利用するときはここで引き出してる。10年以上前のATM統廃合で在住市内の足銀ATMがすっかり減ってしまって不便に。
I live in the next city (cross-border), but the nearest Ashikaga Bank is here, and when I use an ATM, I pull it out here. It is inconvenient because the number of Ashikaga ATMs in the city where we live has decreased due to the consolidation of ATMs more than 10 years ago.
