藤	藤田千尋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物件見学のイベントに参加してみました。営業さんの車で建売の分譲住宅を回るというもので、午前中の2時間で3件見学しました。床材もより無垢に近い素材のものが使われていたり、漆喰の壁だったり、クロスや照明も画一的なものでなくて遊び心があったり、3件とも、それぞれにこだわりが見える家でした。間取りも普通の建売住宅にはなかなか無いような、たとえば部屋の真ん中にウォークインクロゼットを配置して、それが間仕切りの役割をしていたりとか、いろんなところにニッチ収納があったりとか、工夫があって面白かったです！注文住宅ではなく、分譲住宅でも、これだけ間取りやインテリアにこだわれるんだ～と勉強になりました！まだ一軒家を購入する予定はありませんが、将来のために、参加してよかったです^^ またイベントなどあるようなので、チェックしてみたいと思います^^ I participated in a property tour event.
