基礎稽古でチョロッとサバキをやるだけで試合偏重のフルコンの練習しかしてないです。
芦原空手の象徴とも言えるサバキを練習しないなら芦原の看板降ろすべき。
豪華なウェイトトレーニングの器具は揃っているものの、ごくごく限られた時間しか使えず、ほぼ無意味。
