ゅ	ゅンちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車椅子ユーザーです。道路から店舗入り口までに10cm程の段差があります。スロープ等は設置されていません。コロナによる換気で扉が開けられていたため声をかけたところ、スタッフの方が走って助けに来てくださいました。シャンプー台コーナーの座席まで一つ段差があります。車椅子のまま通れる幅ではないため、歩行不可な方は台まで少し距離があり難しいかと思います。介助者が移乗できる程の幅もありません。私は車椅子で段差前まで行き、あとは杖で少しだけ歩きました。バリアフリーとは言えません。店外だけでも折りたたみ式などの簡易スロープ等を置いていただけると、車椅子もベビーカーもシルバーカーを押す方々も通いやすくなるかと思います。施術は大満足でした。持病による身体中の痛みがあるため全てソフトタッチでとお願いしたところ、面倒くさがるような態度一つせずに心配しながらも丁寧に優しく施術してくださいました。縮毛矯正してもらいましたが、理想以上にしてもらえました。15年以上も縮毛矯正してきましたが、こんなに理想なナチュラルサラサラヘアーにしてもらえたのは初めてで、感激しました。私の説明が下手なのに、言わんとする事を上手に汲み取ってくださったようで有難かったです。店外店内共にバリアフリーではないのですが、また行きます。 I am a wheelchair user.
