3回ほど通いましたがお店側の都合で予約時間の変更が1回、当日キャンセルが2回ありました。 初回来店した際に、1メニューにつき500円割引のチケット10枚一組を1000円で買わせていただきました。まだ期限内ではありますが、何枚も残っており、こちらは期限内にしっかり消費するつもりで美容室に通い、事前に予約を取っているのに、いざ当日になればお店からの電話で「別日にしてもよろしいですか?」なんて言われて本当にがっかりです。 何のために事前に予約をとっているのでしょうか? 技術にはとても満足していてまた行きたいと思っていただけに、お店への信頼を失ってしまい、本当に残念で、もう予約をとりたいと思いません。 1度目の時も2度目の時も別日にしてくれと言われましたが、もう行きたくないので他のお店を探します。

予約した時間と名前を言うと予約が反映されていないと言われ、ちゃんと予約をしたのか確認もされました。前日には予約を済ませたにも関わらず予約をしたのか疑われとても腹が立ちました。 その間、お客さんが沢山待っていたため座る席もなく立ったまま待たされ対応されました。 その後少し待ってくださいと言われて何分くらいで施術してもらえるか聞くと、30分くらいと言われました。他の美容院を探すので大丈夫ですと伝えたのにお荷物をお預かりいたしますね、と言われてさすがに強引すぎるしこの美容院には任せたくないなと思ったので断り他の美容院に電話をして時間を作ってもらいました。 忙しいのも分かりますが他のお客さんを施術しながらの適当な謝罪や対応の悪さにこんな美容院があるのかと驚きました。他のお客さんがいる中で恥もかき、なにより予約した美容師さんが謝罪に来なかったことが不満に思いました。せっかく仕事が休みだったのに時間を無駄にされた気持ちになりました。今後このようなことがないようにしていただきたいです。私はもう利用しません。

ホットペッパーに口コミ投稿したのですが、消されたのか反映されないので、誰かの役に立てばと思い投稿します。 ストレートをお願いしてましたが、思った以上に色が抜けてブリーチしたばかりような金髪になってしまい、担当の美容師さんでさえ「予想外に抜けました」といわれ…。このままでは外に出られないので至急カラーを追加してもらったのですが、写真を見せたのにそちらも「予想外にグレーが入ってしまいました」といわれ…。ストレートも家に帰ってよく見たら曲がってるし…。カラーも追加して、2万円近く無駄にしました。納得いかないので、お直しお願いしましたが、担当の人が日曜日はお休みで居ないからと断られて結局直しも出来ず。 朝も外で寒い中お客が待ってるのに、開店時間過ぎてもミーティングしてるし…。 これからはホットペッパーの口コミは信用しないで、先にGoogleの口コミチェックします。直近の評価が悪いのが全てを物語ってる気がします。

relaxing place, nice staff and good service..but they convinced me to buy 10,000 yen Shampoo ,saying it's organic ..not cheap but if you want to relax you pay that service ..
