「店内を見てお待ちください〜」と言われ
暑くなって来た社内に愛犬を待たせてしまっていたので「車にいても大丈夫ですか？」と聞いたところ「大丈夫ですよ^ ^」とのことでした。
切長の目の女性店員さんでした。
まめにプリント伝票を取りに来てくださったり
親切な方だなという印象です。
なのでお言葉に甘えて車で待つこと25-30分程。一向に呼びに来ていただけないので店内に向かうと先ほど案内をした女性店員さんの姿はなく、既に写真が出来上がっていた。
次に対応したのは店長らしき眼鏡をかけた男性。「あれ、呼びに来ていただけるんじゃありませんでしたっけ..？」と聞くと「私共はそういったことは行いません」との一点ばり。
仕上がり時間も言われていなく、
車で待つので呼びにきていただけることの了承も得ましたという旨を伝えたところ
「はぁ.....それは申し訳ございませんでした」と全然気持ちのこもっていない謝罪をいただきました。
残念ですがもう佐野店は利用しません。
できないことを了承せず、せめて仕上がり時間を伝えてください。
電話番号と名前も記入していますよね..。
ちょっと対応が不親切に感じました。
いつもお世話になっているとこのキタムラさんではこんな気持ちになることがなかったので同じお店と考えると非常に残念です。
同じ思いをする方がいないよう参考にしていただけると幸いです。

So it takes about 25-30 minutes to wait in the car with your words. I couldn't come to call at all, so when I went to the store, there was no female clerk who guided me earlier, and the photo had already been completed.
The next person to respond was a man wearing glasses that looked like a store manager. When I asked, "Well, didn't you come to call me ..?", He said, "We won't do that."
The finish time is not said,
I told you that I got the consent that you can come to call me because I will wait in the car
"Oh ..... I'm sorry for that," I received an apology with no feelings at all.
Unfortunately, I don't use the Sano store anymore.
Please do not acknowledge that you cannot do it, and at least tell us the finish time.
You also filled in your phone number and name ...
I felt a little unfriendly.
This Kitamura-san never felt like this when I was always indebted, so it's a shame to think of it as the same shop.
I hope you can refer to it so that no one has the same feelings.
