あ	あああいいい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日夜勤で働いてきました。正直言われているほどひどい場所ではないと思います。おばちゃんたちは確かにきつい人が多い（守屋と言う太ったおばちゃんは注意）ですし、教えてもらってないことでひどく叱られたりしました。仕事の教え方は良くないです。どう乗せるのか具体的に教えてくれないので、こちらからはっきり質問していくくらいでないと正確に作業ができません。あと、教えてもないことで出来てないとマジギレしてきます。（怒られたのはそんなことばっかりだったような）ただ、それ自体は工場バイトじゃよくあることなのでそんなに変わったことではないです。仕事自体も他の工場と比べて特にきついとは思いませんでした。ベルトコンベアー上を流れる容器に食材を乗せるだけの、要するにライン工です。ただスピードがとても速いので最初は大変だと思います。一度仕事に慣れて、あとはまじめに仕事をしている限り理不尽なことは言われません。基本的に工場で働いてる人って一見きつい人が多いのですが、それに慣れてないと人は面食らってしまうのかも。あと、男のバイトは良い人が多い気がしました（笑）それと、女の人の背丈にベルトコンベアの高さが合わされているので、170㎝以上ある人は腰痛めるかもしれません。 I worked at night shift today. Sakura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単発バイトで2日間働きました。初日に入り口で男性同士が怒鳴り合っていたのを見た時に、「あ、ここはハズレだ」と理解しました。工場内は女性パートだらけで、高圧的なオバサンか話の通じない外国人女性(留学生？)しかいませんでした。2日目も同じような状態で、あまりに私のやる気が感じられなかったからか午後から小学生でもできそうなほど簡単な仕事に回されました。後日求人サイトを見たところ全く同じ条件の募集を何件も投稿していて、人手不足ならまず自社の環境改善をしろと半ば呆れてしまいました。何があろうと2度と行きません。正直星１も付けたくないです。 I worked for two days with a one-time job.
