t	tsukasa Sinomori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ふもとっぱらで友人数名とキャンプ後、メンバーの中の初心者キャンパーを連れて5名で来店、こういうのがオススメだよ、こういう選び方をするといいよ、などと買い回りをしていたら細身中年の男性店員から言外に「とっとと出ていけ」と言わんばかりの声がけをされ、大変不快な思いをした。もう二度と行かないと思う。楽しいキャンプ帰りにこんな不愉快な思いをするとは思わなかった。これは被害妄想かもしれないが、自分達に向かって聞こえよがしに「いらっしゃいませ〜」を連呼されたように感じ、それも不愉快だった。(小売業では挙動不審な来店者を威圧し、追い出す意図で挨拶を連呼するよう教育されることがあり、それを思い出した) ※具体的には「館内空調はしっかりしていますがお買い周りは30分まででお願いしています、お探しのものがあれば一緒にお探ししますのでお声がけください」というようなことをかなり威圧的に言われた。店内を一回りする途中で10分ほどしか滞在しておらず、店頭にも「30分まで」「少人数で」などの旨を書いた掲示などは見当たらなかったし、ほかに言われている客(自分達より長く滞在している客も含め)もいなかったため、なぜかは知らんがとっとと出て行ってほしいんだなあと解釈した。そんな意図(とっとと出てけという気持ち)がないのにこんな言い草をしたのだとしたら、普通に接客業向いてないと思う。 After camping with a few friends at the foot of the mountain, 5 people came to the store with a beginner camper among the members. There were no customers (including those who stayed longer than ourselves), so I interpreted that I wanted them to go out without knowing why. If you make such a statement without such an intention (feeling to get out), I think that it is not normally suitable for the hospitality business.
