今まで平飼いですらなく、１０個でs.mサイズ４００円以上する卵など色々試しましたがこちらの１０個２５０円を食べたところ今までで一、二を争う美味しさでした。自分で飼っていた鶏の卵が不動の一位でしたが、現在それと争っております。引き続きリピートして確かめようと思います。
黄身の色は黄色で、よくあるオレンジの濃いやつではありません。こういったほうが美味しいことが多いので割った瞬間テンションあがりました。味はくどさも臭みもなく仄かに甘く旨味があります。

The color of the yolk is yellow, not the usual dark orange one. This kind of thing is often tastier, so the moment I broke it, I got excited. The taste is slightly sweet and umami with no dullness or odor.

鶏の餌やりも出来るし、鳥好きの嫁も喜んでました。

肉の臭みが全くなく味が強い鶏肉で僕は大満足でした。
先人の方が仰る通りで、今時のやわらかい一枚肉の鶏肉しか食べたことない人は、きっとビックリする歯応えと弾力です。
僕的には軍鶏の味がちょっと薄くなった感じの鶏肉だと思いました。
炭火焼き、塩コショウで味付けしたら旨いだろうな(*´ー｀*)

柵の手前にあるカゴの中に餌袋が入っており、１袋５０円をボトルの中に入れエサを蒔くと、サービスしちゃうわよ❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地鶏は好き嫌いがはっきりでるが味も良くおばちゃん達の雰囲気も田舎にマッチしてとても良い雰囲気で落ち着きます。夏は放牧された鶏に餌やりもでき、また見ながら食事ができるので感謝しながら味わってます。お土産の卵や鶏肉も販売されています。
The likes and dislikes of local chickens are clear, but the taste is good and the atmosphere of the aunts matches the countryside and calms down in a very nice atmosphere. In the summer, you can feed the grazing chickens and eat while watching them, so I am grateful to enjoy them. Souvenir eggs and chicken are also on sale.

お肉は2㎏で2500円ぐらい。
元気に走り回っているためとんでもなく硬いので、から揚げやチキンステーキのような、かぶりつく料理には全く合いません(嚙み切れない)。ビー玉サイズに切ってください。合うのは焼鳥や鶏飯ですかね。
焼鳥や鉄板焼きにすれば噛みしめる度に味が染み出てきます。
水炊きにするととてつもないコクのダシが出てきます。
ブロイラーの若鶏はスポンジかな？と思うレベルの差です。
ブランド鶏によくある、やわらかくてジューシーという方向性の真逆を行った、大人向け鶏ですね。安いのも助かります。

It's a chicken for adults that is the exact opposite of the soft and juicy direction that is common in brand chickens. It is also helpful that it is cheap.
