曜日、時間帯により混んでいますが、乾燥している間に近くのスーパーで買い物ができるのでいいと思います。
I went to dry clothes for children who came home from bedding and lodging events.
It is crowded depending on the day of the week and the time of day, but I think it is good because you can shop at a nearby supermarket while it is dry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Right across from the life kanda supermarket, it is a 8-10 min walk from akihabara station, closest one i could find from my hotel, which is right on top of the station. The red machines wash and dry clothes at 45min for 800 yen, or 65 min for 100 yen. Or just the plain 700 yen for 30min wash. The red ones hold a max of 17kg of clothes.The yellow machines are dryers which are 100yen per 8 mins and hold 7kg to 25kg depending on machine. There are both top and front door washers here. A total of top door 6 washers/2 hybrid,combowasher/dryer(red front door sanyos) and 6 dryers( yellow sanyo) there are 5 dryers that hold 7kg and 1 that does 25kg
EDIT:there is a coin/change machine for bills and it also sells detergent and dryer cloth thingy.you do not have to buy detergent for the red ones front door washers, but do for the white top door washers.
