善	善良な都民 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸で利用しましたが、初期～退去後まで不備が多すぎました。まず入居時は、ガスの故障により料理・お風呂が使えずに生活ができず、ホテルに宿泊しました。(ホテル宿泊は指示ではなく自己判断で) 修理時にホテルの費用を請求してください、と電話口で口頭ベースで伝えられましたが結局請求フォームを送ってくることなく音沙汰なし。私が後追いをしなかったのも悪いですが、ガス修理が終わったタイミングで今度はエアコン故障で水漏れがあり、また電話口の対応が気持ちの良いものでなく連絡したくなくなってしまいました。退去後の敷金の返金ですが、3カ月程待たされました。退去時の状態確認の際に、（敷金をボッタくられるのではと不信に思ったため）明細をメールで送ってくださいとお願いし、了承をもらったのですが、電話で「契約時の金額でおさまりました」のみでした。（金額がおさまったのは良かったです。）この電話をもらったのが退去時の約1か月後、「敷金の返金ってまだですか？」と確認したのがその1か月後、振り込まれたのがもう1か月後でした。浅草周辺に賃貸を考えられてる方は、管理会社がこちらの場合は多少覚悟しておいた方が良いです。 I used it for rent, but there were too many defects from the beginning to after moving out.
