★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、飲食店で働いていたのですが、こちらの会社でゴミの回収をしていただいてました。
信じられない事ですが、ゴミ回収にきた運転手の方が店の敷地内で立小便をして行きました。
社員教育以前に人として信じられない行為です。
なぜこういう事が起こるのか不思議です。
会社の看板を背負ってる自覚が無いなんて事は無いと思います。
むしろ会社に不満があって、評判を落としたいくらいの気持ちがあったのでは無いでしょうか。
謝罪に来た方は再発防止に取り組むと言ってましたが、社員教育で直るとか最早そんな簡単な話では無いと思います。
