★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2019.10.02 長野県の食品製造「旭松食品」の高森工場（同県高森町）で製造した総菜からサルモネラ菌が検出された問題で、県は2日、この総菜を食べて下痢や嘔吐などの症状を訴えた患者が11県の101人に上ったと明らかにした。同工場の総菜が原因の食中毒と断定し、営業禁止とした。県によると、総菜は同工場が7月25日に製造したニンジンやゴボウなどの入ったもので、医療機関や社会福祉施設など26都府県の約80施設に販売された。このうち17施設で、10歳未満～100歳以上の男女101人が下痢などの症状を訴えた。患者の便や未開封の総菜などから、サルモネラ菌が検出された。
 2019.10.02 Salmonella was detected in the prepared dishes manufactured at the Takamori Factory (Takamori Town) of Asahimatsu Foods in Nagano Prefecture. It was revealed that 101 patients complained of symptoms in 11 prefectures. The plant was determined to be food poisoning caused by the side dish of the factory, and was banned. According to the prefecture, side dishes are made of carrots and burdocks produced by the factory on July 25, and sold to about 80 facilities in 26 prefectures, including medical institutions and social welfare facilities. Of these, at 17 institutions, 101 men and women between the ages of 10 and over 100 complained of symptoms such as diarrhea. Salmonella was detected in patient's stool and unopened prepared dishes.
