★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 空室が多く、あちこちリノベーションばかりしています。音も酷く、部屋が揺れます。夜勤をしているので困ると管理会社に連絡をしたら、うるさいはずはない。お宅は協力が出来ないのかと脅されます。工事に来ている人はタバコを吸っているので天気が良くても窓は開けられません。立地自体は日当たり良好の駅近ですが、管理会社と施工業者が難ありです。脅しに耐えられる人だったら問題ないと思います。

見かけは綺麗に新しいような感じですが、所詮は古い建物です。音がすごく響きます。
床の軋む音もそこら中でします。
窓も網戸にしてたっけ？と思うほど、目の前の道路の音と通行人の会話が聞こえます。
隣近所の窓の開閉音は勿論のこと、カーテンの開閉音まで聞こえます。
そして上の階に無神経な人間？が住んでいると最悪です。夜中でも平気でドスドス歩き回り家具を引きずったりの生活音がうるさいです。その音に起こされます。なんなら会話も聞こえます。女性の方であの足音出せるのすごいです。ゴリラでももっと上手に歩けるのでは？
別に興味もないのに、自然と生活時間帯というか、いつ起きて寝ていつ在宅でいつ留守でなんて全てわかります。
勿論管理会社にも相談しましたが、管理会社も適当で毎月管理費取っておいてこの程度かという感じです。二度とこの管理会社の物件には住みたくないです。
お金も時間も健康も無駄にしました。住んでみないとわからないことが多いとはいえ、もっとちゃんと物件を見極めるべきでした。
これ以上被害者が出ないことを祈ってここに記します。
