残念なのが駐車場の出入り口が信号から近く、信号待ちの車に封鎖されていて入りにくいです。
口座に入金を頼み両替をしようとしたら、両替機がメンテナンス中。
受付に伝えたら両替機と同じ金額で両替をするとの事。
両替機だと49枚まではキャッシュカードがあると無料。
500枚毎に100円かかります。
両替を540枚頼んだら200円。
キャッシュカードがあると49枚までは無料なので、100円じゃないですか？と言ったら
キャッシュカードあるんですか？と。
口座あるのにキャッシュカード持ってない人のほうが少ないと思います。
キャッシュカードを提示したら、謝罪も悪びれた様子もなく100円になります。と。
指摘したのが良くないのか面倒くさそうに両替金はお客様で確認して下さい。と出されたので、そそくさ帰りました。
金額が少ないといっても、お金を扱うプロなのに適当だなぁ。と思いました。
