I lived in Kashiwa's Kizuna share house # HASH196! The room and shared space were very clean and comfortable. It was a very good experience because I was able to experience a lot of warmth with people with only wonderful people. I am very happy to have a place where I want to come back again ?

The inside is very large and beautiful, and there are many private rooms and dormitories, and while securing personal time, when I went to the living room, someone was there and welcomed me in a very warm atmosphere ? The dinner party, the board game tournament that starts in a hurry, and the time to talk with everyone are all fun memories! I want to live again. It was HOUSE that seems like that!
t	tm * on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全く違うシェアハウスに2軒、2年以上住んでいたことがありますが、こちらは他のシェアハウスに比べて、ルールとマナーがきちんとしていると感じました。新小岩のkotonohaシェアハウスというところに住んだのですが、コンセプトもあって、優しい方が多かったです。また、自由丁のオーナー小山さんという方の言葉がデザインされているシェアハウスなのですが、落ち着いて暮らしたい人にぴったり。わいわい騒ぎたい人にはおすすめしません。隣の住人さんも近いです。ちなみに私は下町が大好きなので平気ですが、治安を気にする人がいるかもしれません。周りには一通りのお店が徒歩圏内に揃っていたので、外食も自炊もお散歩もなんでもできます。正直、徒歩2分は便利過ぎました…笑ちなみに全室個室なので、オンオフ分けられるのもとってもいいですよ！ I have lived in two completely different share houses for more than two years, but I felt that the rules and manners were more decent than other share houses. I lived in a place called kotonoha share house in Shinkoiwa, but there were many people who were kind because of the concept. Also, the share house is designed with the words of Mr. Koyama, the owner of Jiyucho, but it is perfect for people who want to live calmly. Not recommended for people who want to make a noise. The next resident is also close. By the way, I love downtown, so I'm fine, but there may be people who care about security. There are many shops within walking distance, so you can eat out, prepare your own meals, or take a walk. To be honest, a 2-minute walk was too convenient ... lol By the way, all rooms are private rooms, so it's nice to be able to turn them on and off!

Well, if you like poor wifi signals, constant yelling, discovering blood on the walls and floors of the bathroom, being harassed, playing russian roulette with a deadly virus (since masks are rarely worn in this house of 60+ people in the shared spaces) being asked to do the work of a manager without receiving any rent reduction or salary, and owners who treat you like you owe them a favor, then HASH196 just might be the place for you! By the way, what the other user said was right (but her comment has since been deleted...as was mine for a while). A ton of the five star reviews with no comments were actually written by staff. Also, the house at this address is HASH196 and some of the reviews apply to houses at completely different locations.

Great way to meet new friends, be relatively close to the city and learn Japanese. I really enjoyed my experience with Kizunaya Sharehouse, and will happily recommend them to any Japanese and foreigners looking to start fresh in Japan near Tokyo! :)

We used to do cooking and enjoy eating together that feels like home. Playing games, going out to run and there are quite interesting activities that everyone likes to do. Parties are held always and especially celebrating events like Birthday, Christmas is also one of the fun part of Kizunaya house:)) Global Hub is very close to the station too with enough stores around. I liked how rooms have enough space comparing to others and with reasonable price. I definitely recommend Kizunaya share houses! 絆家で住んでお世話になりました！
C	Cole Tatge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live in Tabicco Share House in Osaka. I've been there for almost a year, and living there has been a wonderful experience! It's a very friendly environment in which the members are constantly cooking and eating together, playing games, and planning activities to go do together, like playing sports or going hiking. Everyone who moves in is welcomed warmly and quickly integrates into the community. I've also visited other Kizunaya share houses Chanoya and Hitotoki for events, and both occasions were really fun and everyone I met who lived in the other houses were just as friendly as at Tabicco. Of course, minor problems crop up from time to time, but for more than 20 people living together in the same building, it's amazing how little drama there is and how easy it is to live there. Overall, it's just really fun. I may move to Tokyo soon, in which case I'll definitely want to live in a different Kizunaya share house if possible. I'm confident it'll be an equally rewarding experience!
