★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 吹田のかつての中心部で、スクランブル交差点が目の前にあり、角に、焼き鳥・唐揚げ・お弁当が人気のとり信という鶏肉屋さんがあり、業務スーパーも近くにあります。
今のイオンのある吹田さんくすが出来てからは勿論の事、近くの済生会病院が移転し、住民の高齢化等で、かつては賑わっていた旭通商店街に人が来なくなって、沢山通っていたバスも本数が減り、乗降客が減りました。
かつての活気が欲しいです。
