この細かい気配りがとても助かっています(^-^)
薬は何処の薬局に行っても一緒なので、ディテールの部分の対応がお店の良し悪しを決めると言っても過言では無いと思います。
チューブタイプに使用部位をシールに書いて貼ってあるのも、とても有りがたいのですが、シールが取れやすいのが改善点です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 薬が渡されるまで、時間が長い。薬の調整に時間がかかるのならばガマンするが、パソコンと書類と薬を何回も何回も見ているので、もっと、さっとできないものか。他店の２倍はかかる。丁寧に見えるが遅いだけ。今度は他に行こうっと。
It takes a long time before the medicine is handed over. If it takes a long time to adjust the medicine, I'm afraid, but since I've been looking at the computer, documents, and medicine over and over again, can't I do it more quickly? It costs twice as much as other stores. It looks polite but only slow. Let's go elsewhere this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ご年配の男性の薬剤師さんが処方されているお薬でお困り事ございませんか？と聞いてくださり感動しました。今までどの薬局さんでも聞かれたことがなく、、ただ薬の説明だけして機械的にお会計してオワリだったので、、上手く言葉に出来ないのですがおくすり以上に 心に効く 優しさを処方していただけた気持ちでいっぱいです！副作用だから仕方ないと諦めていましたが、薬剤師さんに相談したことで気持ちがフッと楽になりました！
