★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国民保険に入りたく訪れましたが、資料が揃っていないので加入できませんということでした。前回加入した時には、辞めた会社の電話番号と会社名、そして身分証明書があれば即日発行されました。その旨を伝えると原則として前の会社の資料がほしい資料がほしいの一点張り、あまりにも頭にきたので、もういいです。いりませんとその場を立ち去りました

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新庁舎駐車場からすぐにある。カウンターの上のベルを鳴らして職員を呼ぶ。手続きで待つ時はカウンターの前に長椅子があり座って待つ。
いつも混みあっていて内容によっては最初に対応した人が出来なくて次から次へと人が変わり かわるたんびに いちから説明しなくてはならず時間もかかるし面倒だ。┐('～`;)┌ (^o^;)お役所仕事はたらい回しではないがこんなものか

It is right next to the new government building parking lot. Ring the bell on the counter to call the staff. When waiting for the procedure, there is a chaise longue in front of the counter and you sit and wait.

こちらの聞きたいこと、話したいことを理解しようとせずに切り出してくる為、結果何度もいろんな人にたらい回しにされる傾向がある。ここ何年も同じ。
一度しっかり話を聞いて、どんなことをしたいのか、聞きたいのか、話したいのか、聞く態度を変えて頂けないとこちらもお話が出来ず、結果納付が難しくなっていく。
納付率が悪いのはそこにあるのでは？
