★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨年末、長く使っていたボイラーが壊れました。冬に突然お湯が使えなくなり途方に暮れました。
そして福寿商会さんに電話をした際、この時期同じような症状になるご家庭が多いらしく、忙しい中ではありましたがボイラーの状態を見に来てくれました。
結局、20年も使っていたボイラーだったので修理もできず新しく購入することになりましたが、その手配も取り付けも迅速に対応して頂きました。
困っている時の対応って言葉一つで変わってくると思いますが、本当に安心させてもらえました。

In the end, it was a boiler that I had been using for 20 years, so I couldn't repair it and decided to buy a new one, but I was able to arrange and install it promptly.
I think that the response when you are in trouble will change with just one word, but I was really relieved.
